No Returns Policy for Pokémon Cards
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales of Pokémon cards, sealed or unsealed are final. Due to the nature of these collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase has been completed. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, including condition, packaging, and authenticity, before making your purchase.

Return policy non trading card products
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Return Fee
All order returns are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation Fee
All order cancellations are subject to up to a 4% processing charge being applied to the refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Email support@texascardgallery.com with the order number that you would like to cancel, preferably from the email on your TexasCardGallery account and order.
- Due to processing times, we can not guarantee cancellation of an order as it may already be processed and shipping.
Shipping
- We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship internationally.
- Most Orders have a flat rate shipping of $10.00.
- We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, P.O. Boxes, or APO destinations.
- Processing typically ranges from 1-2 business days and transit times usually range 2-5 business days depending location.
